Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on October 28, 2023, issued the notification to rescind Notification No. 48/2023- Customs, dated August 19, 2023, which states “exempting of Onions when exported out of India.”

The following has been stated namely: -

• The notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 48/2023- Customs, dated August 19, 2023, has been rescinded rescission.

• This notification shall come into force from October 29, 2023.
