Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on October 31, 2023, issued amendment to Notification No. 04/2022-Central Excise, dated June 30, 2022, which states “Rates of Special Additional Excise Duty for exports of petrol and diesel”

The following has been amended namely: -

• In the said notification, in the Table, against S. No. 2, which states “High speed diesel oil” for the entry in column (4), the entry “Rs.2 per litre” shall be substituted.

This notification shall come into force on November 01, 2023
