The Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda on October 31, 2023, issued the Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda (Amendment) Regulations, 2023 to further amend the Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda Regulations, 2021.
The following amendment has been stated:
• In regulation 3, which states “Constitution of Governing Body”, in the Table, serial number 8 and the entries relating to it have been omitted.
• In regulation 30, which states “Pension and provident fund”, the following regulation shall be substituted, namely:
“30. Pension and Provident Fund.-Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1972 would be applicable.”
• In regulation 34, which states “Medical facilities”, the following regulation shall be substituted, namely:
“34. Medical Facilities.-Central Services (Medical Attendance) Rules, 1944 would be applicable.”
This notification will come into force on October 31, 2023.
