The Government of Jammu and Kashmir on October 19, 2023, amended an older notification No. S.O. GST No. 105/2023- Tax, dated March 03, 2023, related to Finance Department.
The following has been amended namely: -
•In pursuance of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4B) of rule 8 of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Government, on the recommendations of the Council, makes the following further amendments in the notification namely: -
In the said notification, after the words, "State of Gujarat", the words "and the State of Puducherry" shall be inserted.
They shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from July 31, 2023.
