The Government of Goa on October 19, 2023, issued a notification regarding Granting exemption to a person making inter-State taxable supplies of handicraft goods from the requirement to obtain registration.
The Government of Goa, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Government notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R&C)(5/2017- Rate), dated June 30, 2017
The following has been stated-
•In the said notification the TABLE, after SNo. 6A and the entries relating thereto, 6AA Imitation zari thread or yarn made out of Metallised polyester film/plastic film S.No. and the entries 5605 shall be inserted
This notification shall come into force with effect from October 20, 2023.
