The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), Bihar on October 17, 2023, issued important information for all Real Estate Agents received from the Directorate General of Audit and Indirect Taxes & Customs.
The copies of Letters received from the Directorate General of Audit and Indirect Taxes & Customs for all Real Estate Agents who are the reporting entities under the PMLA', issued in accordance with the provisions of Guidelines for Reporting Entities (Real Estate Agents) under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 dated February 17, 2023, by DG Audit.
