The Chhattisgarh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (CRERA) on October 25, 2023, issued a circular regarding increasing the period of quarterly updates without late fees for the period from July 2023 to September 2023.
The following has been stated: -
•For the quarterly period from July 2023 to September 2023, the last date for submission of quarterly updates without late fee is extended by one month to October 31, 2023, and is fixed as November 30, 2023. In case of a quarterly update after the said date, the late fee will be payable as per the original amount.
