The Urban Development Department, Govt. of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on November 02, 2023, notified the Delhi Right of Way (RoW) Policy for Underground Infrastructure and Over-Ground Infrastructure, 2023.
The following has been stated: -
•Rule 2 lays down various definitions like “Indoor Micro Communications Equipment” “Outdoor Micro Communications Equipment” and others.
•Chapter II talks about the Nodal Department and the role of Appropriate Authority.
•Chapter III talks about the Right of Way Policy for Telcom Infrastructures, Related Procedures, and charges/Fees.
It shall come into force from November 02, 2023.
