Commercial Compliance The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas on November 01, 2023, notified Petroleum (Amendment) Rules, 2023 to further amend the Petroleum Rules, 2002.

The following has been stated-

•after rule 14, the 14(A)Restriction on import and transport of ISO tank containers rule shall be inserted.

•In Chapter II, after Part III, PART IV IMPORTATION BY AIR, Part shall be inserted.

Objections and suggestions that may be received from any person within the 45-day period specified above will be considered by the Central Government.
