Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoH&FW) on November 03, 2023, issued the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions 6th (Removal of Difficulties) Order, 2023.

The following has been stated:

It is hereby clarified that all the State Governments/Union Territories shall, as soon as may be but within three years from the date of commencement of the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions Act, 2021, constitute State Allied and Healthcare Councils.

It shall come into force on November 03, 2023.
