Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Haryana on October 31, 2023, issued an amendment to the notification related to the special procedure to be followed by a registered person engaged in manufacturing of the goods.

The following amendment has been stated:

• In the notification No. 44/GST-2, dated August 29, 2023, after the words “hereby notifies the following special procedure to be followed”, the words and figures “with effect from 1st day of January 2024” has been inserted and shall be deemed to have been inserted with effect from August 29, 2023.
