The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) on November 06, 2023, extended the last date for online submission of annual returns for the FY 2022-23 and renewal of expired license/registration.
The following has been stated:
• It states that for the Licenses/Registrations that have expired since May 01, 2023, no penalty shall be levied, if renewed on or before November 15, 2023.
• The deadline for the submission of Annual Returns for Licensed Manufacturers and Importers of Manipur has been extended to November 15, 2023, without any late fee.
