EHS Compliance The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC) on November 08, 2023, issued the Environment (Protection) Fifth Amendment Rules, 2023 to further amend the Environment (Protection) Rules, 1986.

The following amendment has been stated:

• In Schedule-I, which states “Standards for Emission or Discharge of Environmental Pollutants” serial number 115 and the entries relating thereto, have been omitted.

This notification will come into force from November 08, 2023.
