Commercial Compliance The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) on November 16, 2023, amended an older notification No. G.S.R 823 (E), dated November 06, 2023, related to the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways.

The following has been stated: -

•In the notification Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), dated November 06, 2023, on page 3, in Sr. No. 2., for the words and figures “125-L and 125M” the words and figures “125-M and 125N" may be substituted, respectively.
