The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) on November 10, 2023, issued an addendum to the order related to ceiling price fixation of scheduled formulation packs of I.V. fluids (non-Glass with special features).
The following has been stated:
• It has stated that Serial No. 25 has been added in Table ‘B’ as specified in the table.
• It has stated that clause (e1) is added after clause (e) & shall be read as follows:
“(e1) In the case of M/s Biosynergy Lifecare Pvt. Ltd. mentioned in Serial No. 25 of Table B, only the prices of the formulations specified in Sl. No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 & 8 of Table A are applicable.”
• It has stated that Serial No. 5 of Table ‘A’ of S.O. No. 1571(E) dated 31st March 2023 is also added for clause (d), accordingly clause(d) shall be read as follows:
“(d) In the case of M/s Puerto Life Sciences Private Limited mentioned in Sl. No. 23 of Table B, only the prices of the formulations specified in Sl. No. 2, 4, 5 & 7 of Table A are applicable.”
