The MSME Department, Odisha on November 09, 2023, issued the Operational Guidelines for Sanction & Disbursement of Capital Investment Subsidy (CIS) for Food Processing Enterprises/Anchor Industry/Enterprises with Captive Solar Power Plant Under Odisha Food Processing Policy, 2022.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Odisha Food Processing Policy 2022 states as follows. "New and existing food processing enterprises undertaking Expansion/Modernisation/Diversification, with investment in Plant and Machinery up to Rs. 50 crores, shall be eligible for CIS. The manner in which CIS is eligible is stated in the notification.
• Terms and expressions used in this operational guideline, but not specifically defined/explained here, shall have the same meaning as in Odisha Food Processing Policy, 2022 (OFPP-2022).
• The Eligibility Conditions have been stated in the notification
