The Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) on October 26, 2023, issued the notification regarding the extension to comply with retro-fitting of Emission Control Device (RECD) in-use Diesel operated internal combustion engines (D.G. sets)
• The Maharashtra Pollution Control Board has issued a Circular regarding the Retro-fitting of Emission Control Device (RECD) in-use Diesel operated internal combustion engines (D.G. sets) in the State of Maharashtra, wherein, 120 days-time limit to comply was given from the date of issuance of the circular.
• The time limit for implementation of the same has been extended up to December 31, 2023.
