The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) on November 14, 2023, issued the notification to extend the date to receive the public consultation for draft provisions of the Ecomark Certification Rules, 2023
The following has been stated namely: -
• Reference is drawn to notification no. 4441 (E) dated 11th October, 2023 regarding the draft provisions of the Ecomark Certification Rules, 2023
• The date to receive public consultation for the draft notification has been extended by thirty days from the date of expiry of thirty days from October 11, 2023.
