Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on November 16, 2023, issued the notification regarding the FATF Public Statements after the October 2023 Plenary.

The following has been stated namely: -

• This is with reference to the FATF Public Statement on jurisdictions on call for action and increased monitoring - October 2023 Plenary.

• Members are required to update the actions taken by them in the prescribed format in electronic form on BEFS (BSE Electronic Filing System). The module for submission is enabled at the following link: http://befs.bseindia.com >> FATF Declaration >> Declaration Form

• All members are advised to ensure compliance with the above requirement and submit the FATF declaration in electronic form only through BEFS by November 30, 2023

• The declaration submitted by members shall be considered pending in case it is not stamped/physically signed on the letterhead of the organization or digitally signed by the Authorized signatory /Compliance Officer of the organization.
