The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on November 16, 2023, issued the Notice for Calcined Petroleum Coke(CPC) Manufacturers regarding import of Raw Pet Coke.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Calcined Petroleum Coke (CPC) Manufacturing industries, who wish for allocation of imported Raw Petroleum Coke (RPC), are accordingly directed to provide details.
• The details to be provided have been attached to the Annexure enclosed.
• CPC manufacturing industries may submit details through email at [email protected] with a copy to [email protected], latest by November 20, 2023.
• In cases where any CPC manufacturing industry/unit does not provide the requisite details within the stipulated time, it shall be presumed that the unit has nothing to state to the Sub-Committee constituted by CAQM.
