Labour Compliance class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The Indian Banks Association (IBA) on November 01, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Dearness Allowance for Workmen and Officer Employees in banks for the months of November, December 2023, and January 2024.

The following has been stated namely: -

· The rate of Dearness Allowance payable to Workmen and Officer employees for the months of November, December 2023, and January 2024 shall be 48.51% of ‘pay’
