The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on November 20, 2023, notified regarding the reminder for submission of Internal Audit Report for the half year ended September 30, 2023, with reference to Exchange Circular No. NSE/INSP/58937 dated October 13, 2023.
The Trading Members are advised to submit the Internal Audit Report on or before November 30, 2023, through the Inspection module in the Member Portal in the prescribed format and comply with the regulatory requirements to avoid any penalties/disciplinary actions for late/non-submission of the Internal Audit Report as prescribed by the Exchange Circular No. NSE/INSP/53530 dated September 02, 2022.
