The Kerala State Goods and Service Tax (KSGST) on November 17, 2023, issued a notification regarding the last date to correct the entry and Rectification of Input Tax Credit for FY 2022-23.
The following has been stated: -
•The last date is November 30, 2023, under the GST Act to add trade-related missing sales information for FY 2022 23, to make necessary corrections in earlier-declared ones, to take full account of the tax information to be declared as input tax, and to fully reverse the ineligible input tax credit through proper returns.
