The Government of Haryana on November 16, 2023, amended an older notification No. S.O. 85/H.A.16/1994/S. 87/2013, dated October 11, 2013, related to Urban Local Bodies Department.
The following has been stated: -
•In the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department (Committees), notification in para 4, for sub-para (iv), the following sub-para shall be substituted, namely:- “(iv) Rebate of fifteen percent on the property tax for the assessment year 2023-24 shall be admissible to those assessee who self-certify their property information on „Property Tax Dues Payment and No Dues Certificate Management System Portal‟ and pay their total property tax dues up to the assessment year 2023-24 by December 31, 2023.”.
