The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on November 22, 2023, issued a reminder for Submission of the Half-Yearly Internal Audit Report by Clearing Members for the half year ended September 30, 2023
This has a reference to the ICCL Circular No. 20230921-16 dated September 21, 2023, and 20231013-39 dated October 13, 2023, requiring Clearing Members to carry out and complete the Internal Audit for the half-year ended September 30, 2023.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that the Clearing Members are advised to submit the Internal Audit Report on or before November 30, 2023, through ICCL’s Electronic Filing System (IEFS) in the prescribed format and comply with the regulatory requirements to avoid any penalties/disciplinary actions for late/non-submission of the Internal Audit Report as prescribed by the ICCL Circular No. 20230921-16 dated September 21, 2023.
