Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Himachal Pradesh on October 26, 2023, issued the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Tenth Amendment) Rules, 2023 to further amend the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Rules, 2014.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Appendix 9 has been substituted namely: -

“Regulations for Installation of Communication Towers/In-Building Solutions for Digital Communication Infrastructure”

These have come into force on November 17, 2023.
