The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on November 21, 2023, issued a reminder for submission of the Internal Audit Report for the half year ended September 30, 2023, with reference to Exchange notice no. 20231013-57 dated October 13, 2023.
The members are reminded to submit the Internal Audit Report on or before November 30, 2023, through BEFS (BSE Electronic Filing System) in the prescribed format and comply with the regulatory requirements to avoid any penal charges/disciplinary action for the non/late submission of the report in accordance with Exchange notice no. 20220601-52 dated June 01, 2022.
