The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on November 22, 2023, amended an older notification No. 47/2021 – Customs (ADD), dated August 26, 2021, related to the imposition of anti-dumping duty on goods.
The following has been stated: -
•With regard to the need for redetermination of duty in the matter of anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of ‘Natural mica-based pearl industrial pigments excluding cosmetic grade’ originating in or exported from China PR
