The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on November 21, 2023, issued the notification regarding the Reminder for Submission of Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Audit Report for the half year ended September 30, 2023.
The following has been stated namely: -
• All the trading members are required to submit the Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Audit Report for the half year ended September 30, 2023, to the Exchange on or before November 30, 2023.
• The submission of the Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Audit Report is mandatory for all Trading Members who have traded using algorithm software (Type-III) for all NNF trading software across the segments. Submission is to be made electronically through the ENIT Member Portal on or before the due date, to avoid any penal/disciplinary action.
