The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) on November 22, 2023, notified the Draft National Dental Commission (Manner of Appointment and Nomination of Members, their Salary, Allowances and Terms and Conditions of Service, and Declaration of Assets, Professional and Commercial Engagements) Rules, 2023.
The following has been stated: -
•Rule 3 talks about the manner of appointment of part-time Members of the Commission under clause (a) of sub-section (4) of section 4.
•Rule 4 talks about the Manner of appointment of part-time Members of the Commission under clause (b) of sub-section (4) of section 4.
•Rule 5 talks about the Manner of appointment of part-time Members of the Commission under clauses (c) of sub-section (4) of section 4.
•Rule 6 talks about the Manner of nominating part-time Members of the Commission under clause (d) of sub-section (4) of section 4.
They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
