The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on November 24, 2023, issued a circular regarding the Eligibility Criteria for listing on the SME Platform of BSE
This is in continuation to Exchange Notice No. 20180711-23, 20190109-10, 20200522-21, and 20200115-29, regarding the Eligibility Criteria for listing on the SME Platform of BSE
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that the revised eligibility criteria for listing on the BSE SME Platform have been attached as Annexure I.
• It states that the revised criteria would be applicable for Draft Offer Documents filed on or after January 01, 2024.
