Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on November 24, 2023, issued a notification regarding the revision to the Eligibility Criteria for Migration of SME Companies to the BSE Main Board.

The revised criteria shall be applicable for applications filed on or after January 01, 2024.

The following has been stated namely: -

• It states that the revised criteria for the Migration of SME Companies to the BSE Main Board have been attached as Annexure I.
