The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions on November 23, 2023, issued a notification regarding amendment in the Right to Information Act, 2005.
The following has been stated: -
•In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Right to Information Act, 2005, the Central Government makes the following further amendment in the Second Schedule to the Act, namely: —
In the Second Schedule to the Right to Information Act, 2005, after serial number 26 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be inserted, namely: -
“27. Indian Computer Emergency Response Team.”
