The Government of Himachal Pradesh on November 10, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Value of Taxable Supply for certain goods or services under the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Act, 2017
This shall come into force on October 01, 2023
The following has been stated namely: -
The following supplies have been notified under Section 15 subsection 5 related to the Value of Taxable Supply for certain goods or services namely: -
(i) Supply of online money gaming
(ii) Supply of online gaming other than online money gaming
(iii) Supply of actionable claims in casinos
