The Government of Andhra Pradesh on November 25, 2023, issued a notification regarding the amendment to notification no. Go.Ms.No.62 dated January 17, 2023, related to the applicability of provisions of Sub-rule 4A of Rule 8 related to the application of biometric-based Aadhaar authentication under the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules 2017.
The following has been stated namely:
• It states that in the notification after the words “State of Gujarat and the state of Puducherry” the words “State of Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, and Puducherry” have been inserted.
