Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on November 28, 2023, amended an older notification No. Revenue), No. 36/2001-Customs (N.T.), dated August 03, 2001, related to fixation of Tariff Value for goods.

The following has been stated: -

•In the notification, TABLE-1, TABLE-2, and TABLE-3 have been substituted.

This notification shall come into force with effect from November 29, 2023.
