The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on November 29, 2023, issued a notification regarding the new versions of the NEAT Adapter for the Commodity Derivatives, Member Service Department, Emerge, Securities Lending & Borrowing Scheme, Futures & Options, Currency Derivatives, Capital Market (Equities) Trade segments
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that the new NEAT Adapter version has the changes pertaining to Encryption / Decryption of Interactive messages in Securities Lending & Borrowing Market, Capital Market, Currency Derivatives, Futures & Options, and Commodity Derivatives Segments as mentioned in Circulars NSE/SLBM/59439 dated November 20, 2023, NSE/CMTR/59089 dated October 26, 2023, NSE/CD/58901 dated October 12, 2023, NSE/FAOP/58695 dated September 29, 2023, and NSE/COM/57478 dated July 07, 2023.
• It states that for encryption data flow, members have to use a combination of new NEAT adapter and NEAT application versions applicable for SLBM, CM, CD, F&O, and COM segments.
• The details of the NEAT Adapter have been attached to the document.
• It is further requested to download and install the Neat Adapter version which shall be made available from December 01, 2023, onwards in the above-mentioned path on the Extranet.
