The Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (APERC) on November 27, 2023, invited comments/suggestions on the Draft Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Compensation to Victims of Electrical Accidents Regulation, 2017) First Amendment Regulation, 2023.
The following has been stated:
• The comments/suggestions/objections on the said draft amendment, will be finalized after the expiry of 14 days from November 27, 2023.
• They may be sent by email to [email protected] or by post to the Commission’s office at Hyderabad to reach the undersigned on or before December 11, 2023, for consideration by the Commission.
