Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on November 30, 2023, issued the notification regarding the Export of food commodities through National Cooperative Exports Limited (NCEL).

The following has been stated namely: -

• Export of the below-mentioned food commodities is permitted through National Cooperative Exports Limited (NCEL): -

1. Broken Rice – Bhutan, Mali, Senegal, Gambia, and Indonesia

2. Wheat Grain – Bhutan

3. Wheat Flour (Atta) – Bhutan

4. Maida/Semolina – Bhutan

• This Notification rescinds Trade Notice No. 08/2023 dated 20.06.2023, Trade Notice No. 17/2023 dated 28.07.2023 and Trade Notice No. 18/2023 dated 28.07.2023

• The Quantity permitted for export has been stated in the notification.
