Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on November 30, 2023, issued a notification to amend Notification No. 22/2022-Customs, dated April 30, 2022, related to the first tranche of India UAE CEPA.

The following amendments have been stated:

In the said notification, in TABLE I, after S. No. 1271 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely:-

"1271A - 2207 10 12 - All goods – 95”
