Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on November 30, 2023, issued a notification regarding an amendment to notification no. 36/2001-Customs (N.T.),  dated August 03, 2001, related to the tariff rate of crude palm oil, gold, and silver.

This notification shall come into force with effect from December 01, 2023.

The following has been amended namely: -

In the said notification, TABLE-1, TABLE-2, and TABLE-3 shall be substituted.
