Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Mines on November 30, 2023, issued the Aluminium and Aluminium Alloys (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023, to further amend the Aluminium and Aluminium Alloys (Quality Control) Order, 2023.

The following amendments have been stated:

• In paragraph 1, which states “Short title and commencement” for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph has been substituted, namely:

“(2) This Order shall come into force with effect from June 01, 2023.”

This notification will come into force from November 30, 2023.
