Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Mines (MoM) on November 30, 2023, issued the Nickel (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023, to further amend the Nickel (Quality Control) Order, 2023.

The following has been amended namely: -

• Paragraph 1(2) which states “date of enforcement” has been substituted namely: -

“This Order shall come into force with effect from 01.06.2024”
