Labour Compliance The Government of Maharashtra on November 30, 2023, notified the Maharashtra Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Condition of Service) (Amendment) Rules, 2023 to further amend the Maharashtra Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Condition of Service) Rules, 2007.

The following has been stated-

•For rule 45 of the Maharashtra Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Condition of Service) Rules, 2007 45. Functions of the Board rule shall be substituted.
