The Central Electricity Authority (CEA) on December 01, 2023, extended the date of submission of comments on the draft Procedure for verifying the captive status of such generating plants, where the captive generating plant and its captive user(s) are located in more than one State.
The following has been stated:
• It has stated that the date of submission of comments on the draft has been extended and all the stakeholders including the public are requested to send their comments in the enclosed Format, on the draft procedure to the Legal Division, CEA through e-mail [email protected] latest by December 08, 2023.
