The Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoL&E) on December 04, 2023, issued the notification declaring services engaged in the Industrial establishments manufacturing or producing Nuclear Fuel and components, Heavy Water and Allied Chemicals and Atomic Energy to be a public utility service.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The services engaged in the industrial establishments manufacturing or producing Nuclear Fuel and components, Heavy Water and Allied Chemicals and Atomic Energy is declared to be a public utility service.
• This will be in effect for a period of six months with effect from December 28, 2023
