Labour Compliance The Government of Uttar Pradesh on December 04, 2023, issued the list of holidays for the year 2024.

The following has been stated namely: -

• If any festival, national festival and birth dates of great men occur together on the same date/day then in such cases separate day will not be declared as public holiday.

• The District Magistrate can declare three local holidays

• The holidays declared by District Magistrate is not applicable in offices having 5 days working.
