The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on December 05, 2023, denied the extension of the period for filing the application under the Amnesty Scheme.
The following has been stated:
• It has been stated that all Advance Authorization (AA)/ Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) authorization holders covered under the Amnesty scheme are requested to avail of the scheme as the last date for filing applications will not be extended beyond December 31, 2023.
• It has requested the Regional Authorities, Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) to dispose off the pending applications filed under the Amnesty Scheme before December 31, 2023.
