Finance & Taxation Compliance The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on December 07, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Incorporation of Policy Condition for export of Non-basmati rice under HS Code 10063090.

The following has been stated namely: -

• A One-time exemption from ‘Prohibition’ is granted to Indian Rice Exporters Federation for export of 20 MT of Non-basmati white rice (Semi-milled or wholly milled rice, whether or not polished or glazed: Other)

• This is as donation to Nepal earthquake victims
