The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) on December 07, 2023, issued a Corrigendum to notification no. 6/7/2022-DGTR dated September 29, 2023, relating to the Anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of “Industrial Laser Machines, used for cutting, marking, or welding” from China PR
The following has been rectified namely: -
• It states that In paragraph 4 which states Product Under Consideration Of the final findings, 84798999 stands deleted.
• In paragraph 6 relating to the Submission made on behalf of the domestic industry (vi) of the final findings, 84622920 and 84798999 stand deleted.
• In paragraph 20 relating to the Customs classification in which the product is being imported under the final findings, 84622920 and 84798999 stand deleted.
